My Mom passed away from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Large Cell B Diffuse i, just 13 months after she was diagnosed after her only symptom of standing up and breaking her Tibia bone. She endured with courage 13 months of treatment with a great deal of grace, laughter, bravery and strength all of whom she was already. I was so fortunate to have such a loving, supportive, realistic, brave, kind, gentle, fun, hard working Mom whom I called a friend. There are so many memories and lessons she brought to all that knew her during her lifetime. My blog is a place where I will to share the light of who she was as well as the memories and lessons that she brought to us during her life and battle with cancer, as well as share my thoughts and stories of living and thriving in a positive way in the journey we call life.
So sorry for your loss, my sincerest sympathy! May God bless you with strength.

I recently lost my father to cancer. I didn’t quite get 30 years with him and not a day goes by when I don’t think of him (and miss him).

I have enjoyed your writings, your exhortations are a source of comfort and edification. My wife has a form of leukemia which right now is controlled with the help of chemo meds. We praise the Lord for every minute together as we truly are one not just in the sacrament of marriage but in the Lord as well!
Been gone a couple of months and just got a new computer so checking up on my brothers and sisters and gleaning from their spiritual wisdom and truly enjoying the adventure as missed it for a while!
Somewhere along the line, I missed you blog name change, but went ahead and changed it on my “Blogs I follow” page. I have been very blessed by your writing and will definitely continue coming back for inspiration and edification! I follow so many of my brothers and sisters, but that is what makes us all a part of the Body of Christ!!
God bless you greatly Sis as you continue ministering (serving) all of us and encouraging us with spiritual wisdom and insight!
